1. What BizSearchUAE Is
BizSearchUAE (operated by Dynamic Web Lab FZE LLC) is a UAE business directory. Every listing on this platform is a registered legal entity — a company, LLC, sole establishment, or free-zone business — not a private individual.
Business directory data is outside the scope of UAE PDPL
UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) protects natural persons (individuals) only — Article 1 explicitly excludes legal entities. The information we publish — trade names, company registration numbers, trade licence numbers, DLD permit numbers, official business phone numbers, business email addresses, and registered addresses — belongs to registered companies, not individuals. Publishing this data requires no consent and is fully lawful.
2. The Limited Personal Data We Handle
Outside the directory listings themselves, we handle a small amount of personal data from three optional interactions:
Account login
We collect your email address to send a one-time password or magic link. No password is stored. Email is used for authentication only and is not shared.
Lead & claim forms
If you voluntarily submit a lead or claim a business listing, we collect your name and personal phone number. This is forwarded to the relevant business owner and automatically deleted after 90 days.
Telegram bot (optional)
If you use our Telegram bot, we store your Telegram chat ID and alert preferences (category + emirate) only after you give explicit consent at /start. Search queries are not stored. Use /deletedata to erase everything at any time.
We do not collect browsing history, device identifiers, or location data. We do not sell any data to third parties.
3. Storage & Third Parties
Our database is hosted on Contabo servers in the EU. The EU's GDPR provides equivalent protection to UAE PDPL, making this lawful under Article 22 PDPL.
Third-party services involved in delivery:
- Azure Communication Services — sends OTP/magic-link emails. Receives your email address only.
- Telegram — bot message delivery. Receives your chat ID and message text.
- Google Gemini AI / Cloudflare Workers AI — generate daily content posts. Only anonymised business category text is sent — no personal data.
4. Your Rights
Under UAE PDPL Articles 15–19 you may access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days. Bot users can also use /mydata or /deletedata.
To escalate, contact the UAE Digital Economy and Artificial Intelligence Authority (DEIA), the national supervisory authority for PDPL.
