2. Listing Accuracy
Listing owners are solely responsible for the accuracy and currency of their data. BizSearchUAE reserves the right to immediately remove any listing that fails to match official DED (Department of Economic Development) or Free Zone records. We are committed to presenting only verified and accurate information to our users.
3. Lead Generation Disclaimer
BizSearchUAE operates as a platform for connection. We are not a party to any transaction between users and listed businesses. Consequently, we are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third parties, nor for the truth or accuracy of their listings beyond our initial verification checks.
4. Zero Tolerance Policy
Fraud & Abuse Prevention
Any attempt to use automated scrapers, bots, or provide fraudulent license documentation will result in a permanent ban. Furthermore, such actions will be reported to relevant authorities under the UAE Cybercrime Law.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Sharjah. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah.
